We are two employed guys, one of which is a mature student, seeking either a male or female roommate for Sept. 1st. The townhouse is located at 16 Bankside Drive, Kitchener. We are asking for $430 plus your portion of the utilities or are willing to offer it for $515 utilities included. There are 2.5 washrooms and 3 bedrooms, a/c, dishwasher, laundry, and even an extra mini fridge you can use. There’s room to park your car too, but not enough space for a large truck or van. We have a fenced in backyard, spacious patio, and a BBQ. The house is completely furnished, all you will have to do is set up your own room. One of us works at a furniture/mattress store so if you end up needing anything anyways, he can hook you up with whatever you want. We have a beautiful big screen tv and a home theatre set up too in the main living room. The house is conveniently located minutes from the expressway and the 401, also on a bus route and a short ride (just over 5km) to Waterloo and Laurier. Additionally we are located within close walking distance to the SuperStore, Pizza Pizza, KFC , Subway and a couple of 24hr gas stations. We’re pretty clean guys, and we expect the same from you. Last, but not least, we have a large Doberman in the house, and he can be very needy for attention. If you’re not a dog person, don’t even bother contacting us.
